During this virtual yoga class, we will focus on gentle yoga poses that will help to soothe and strengthen your body, as well as calm your mind. We will begin with some deep breathing exercises to help you find your center and focus on the present moment. From there, we will move into a series of poses that are designed to gently stretch and tone your muscles, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility.
Throughout the class, we will also focus on mindfulness and relaxation techniques that will help you to let go of stress and tension, and create a sense of inner peace and tranquility. You will leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on whatever challenges motherhood may bring.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, and modifications will be offered to accommodate any injuries or physical limitations. We welcome all new moms to join us for this empowering and uplifting yoga class. See you on the mat!
